During testing, I noticed a consistent issue with the dirty water level shutter. This shutter is supposed to block the suction only when the water in the tank reaches a certain level. However, in 3 out of 5 dry test runs, the motor force alone was enough to lift the shutter, even without any water present. As a result, the suction was blocked prematurely, which defeats the intended safety mechanism. This suggests that the shutter is too lightweight or not properly secured, allowing it to move under normal motor operation. I recommend revisiting the design to ensure the shutter only activates when triggered by water level, not by airflow or motor force. This could involve increasing the shutter's weight, adjusting its pivot resistance, or modifying the geometry to make it more stable during operation
