I got it, as my landloard left matrecc from last tenant, it was prety much very dirty (for a child,so very dirty) i was thinking maybe this machine will help, and honestly, from looks like tea stains, lemonade, some spots from crayons, it took out everything, fantastic machine, only cleaning liquid needs to be bought more as what comes with it is not a big volume, but othervise amazing machine. I was using for aproximetly one hour, at the start it looked like it do nothing, but, you need to start to feel machine and find right technique and then machine works perfectly. Waiting for more cleaning solution and then i will clean couch in living room and car seats

Bissell sent me an used product, opened bottle of detergent and different plug connector. Very unsatisfied and will contact Customer Rights! This is unacceptable!
