The box was damaged and it looks like a used product. There was mite&bug inside one of the filter. Because i can’t walk I wasn’t able to return it. I am using the bissel and up to now cant be happier! I have carpets and wodenfloor, it works perfectly with both and all the cat fur and dust locks in water. Now no need to mop after vacuuming because it is doing at the same time and even cleaning the carpet perfectly. I hope it won’t get broken soon because of the poor shipping and the condition how it is submitted

Evde kedi ve köpeğim var. Kazalarda kolayca müdahale ediyorum. Kirli su tankını döküp calkaliyorum. Fırçayı da temizleme modu var. paket içinden tek fırça çıkıyor. Tek eksiği yedek fırça, onu da sipariş verdim. Sık kullanımda yedek fırça gerekiyor. Biri kurarken diğeri kullanıma hazır olsun diye. Bir de elektrik kablosu çok uzun. Süpürme ve silme işini bir arada yapıyorum. Islaklık neredeyse hiç kalmıyor. Halı kullanmadığım için çok pratik bir şekilde evi temizliyorum. Henüz birkaç gün oldu ama herhalde eski tip paspaslar çöpe gidecek. Süpürge de depoya kalkacak gibi duruyor
