C'est un excellent produit! Je certifie que c'est un vrai avis. Un divan en Alcantara de 20 ans qui a été aspiré et frotté de temps en temps. . Les tâches incrustées car elles sont là depuis très longtemps. J'ai utiisé le produit 1 : 5 et fait mousser et puis j'ai frotté et mis les housses dans la machine et tout, absolument, tout est parti. Sidérée de l'efficacité du produit car mon divan est comme neuf! Je précise qu'il faut de l'huile de bras, bien frotter partout pour éviter les auréoles. Poser le produit et attendre, c'est dans les pub. Moi, je suis ravie car le mal que je me suis donnée en vaut la peine. Sur le coin qui est propre on voit qu'à gauche ce n'est pas encore fait. Je suis entièrement satisfaite et je recommande le produit à 100%
